I absolutely love the way Murphys Oilsoap smells. I use it on my laminate floors also & it leaves the whole house smelling fresh

Please don't put cornstarch in your shoes and books, she means baking soda. Cornstarch is a food and will attract bugs.

Sweety, “Go and” get some baking soda and then you can “go and” really clean before you “go and” get bugs that will “go and” take over your home.

I used to do the spring cleaning every weekend.... all the way through the house, until I fell off a chair in the kitchen, banged my head on the corner of the counter and fell onto the ceramic tile... now I can't do much because of the pain it caused plus I fall all the time... that's what I get for being super mom... 🤪 😜 🤪 😜 🤪 😜

After cleaning my fridge I put dish draining pads on the shelves & in the drawers. (the re washable kind from the$1.00 store) This keeps the shelves looking cleaner longer. The pads are made to absorb liquid so, any little spills or dampness is absorbed. They can be washed & used over & over again. Quick tip: I keep 2 sets of them so I always have a clean set to put in there while the dirty set is in the wash. Someone told me that it was a "brilliant idea". But, since I don't like cleaning out the fridge I try to find shortcuts to make sure I don't have to do it as often! Give it a try if you want to work smarter not harder! 👍 Good luck!

I put folded paper tower instead, it can absorb liquid too and I just need to throw it away and replace it with new one when needed.

@@theweatherisaokay4964 Yup, I used to use them until I found the drain pads. Sure saves time when you clean the fridge & I have to say that it's NOT my favorite chore to do!

Thank you for all the great hints. Who knew cornstarch did so much? The step by step deep cleaning portion of the video was very informative and helpful.

You can also buy a screen that goes right over your frying pan for when you're cooking bacon so it doesn't splash everywhere that can help as a matter of fact I rarely have grease to clean up after I'm cooking bacon when I use the splash guard screen. You can even get one at the dollar store, and that's the Dollar tree.

"Go and," ..."Go and," ..."Go and," ... Must be a regional thing. I just find those regional accents and sayings interesting.

She’s using cornstarch but I agree I think she probably should have been using baking soda. I’ve never heard of people using cornstarch for these purposes.

As an English teacher, I have a hard time listening to some RU-vid speakers. Please get rid of "go and...." These words are not necessary. Your hacks are great.

Should this be baking soda instead of corn starch. This is the dirtiest stove and kitchen window that I have ever seen
@lindak3963

Please oh pleeze ... stop GOING! You don't need to "go and" anything. You can wipe, scrape, rub, pour, clean, rinse, make things not smell as bad (?!), shake ... you'd be amazed at how many verbs are entirely capable of standing alone 🥴. If you are not leaving your current location to arrive at a new one, stop going! While I question the information, it is the grammar that rivals nails on a chalkboard in irritation levels.

The first presentation at 1:10 seconds, on the right, between the white of the stove and the cooking surface, the old crumbly food should have been cleaned out before making a video telling others how to clean and the advice about using corn starch on pages of old books---DON'T. Old books become vintage books and HOW they are stored will preserve or destroy them.

That kitchen window must be very greasy. It doesn't look like the solution is cleaning it all. And.....the use of "also too" in your speech is so redundant
