Even huge RERA deliquencies are not responded to. Forget about these petty things 😆 It all depends on how the Indian laws protect the citizens. The situation currently isn't great.

Even if we will point our these short comings builder will never do the major changes. Likes Hollow tiles. In mumbai builder has started taking maintenance from the day of booking the flat. So even if we show mistake they will take another 1-2 month to rectify it. We will not get possession. Bank loan chalu hongi, emi chalu honga, maintenance chalu honga. Flat nahi use kar paenge, amanetiea nahi use kar payenge. It will be our loss only. All buildes do things which will favor them only. Agar hum 1 day payment late karenge to hame fine lagata he. But they take their own sweet time. Laws are not proper in this country. Laws he bhi to builder uses all in his favor. He has legal team and all. As a customer we don't have time and money to spent on them

You will now have a report that you are moving into a house with these many defects. Builders wont do anything. All you have is a certified poor quality home you will be moving in. You can share a copy during house warming and ask for condolences.
