I like that you used pakchoi as well!!! You can even have it with rice. We usually, have it with rice not giving proper tadka but with a lil fry with oil, garlic & chilli. One can even make it soupy, with adding water consistently! :)

Oh goodness..this is first time I am hearing that noodles need not be cooked in hot water instead u put it cold water and soak it for sometime .. But what is the difference in this between noodles being cooked in hot water and soak in cold water.?? Which is better for oats noodles ? Can u please explain?
