What’s up guys! Finally I present to you my Home-made Nachos recipe. I have prepped nachos from scratch and along with it I have made some mexican seasoning, cheesy nacho sauce, pickled jalapeños (desi version), masala re-fried beans, pico de gallo salsa & some mango salsa, woah! So much in just one recipe video, it was fun to shoot this video for you guys. Finally I have served the nachos in 3 different ways. Nachos with cheesy sauce, loaded nachos & nachos with mango salsa. All the versions turn out to be amazing, the video is a bit long, one of the longest YFL video but it is worth a watch & definitely worth trying the recipe! Do let me know how did you like it! I have tried so many street food snacks in lockdown that now I don't feel like buying it from outside. Good food channels like these, where simple, easy-to-cook snacks are the focus, really has changed my life and my mom super happy ;) Loaded Nachos is one of the things I used to have at CCD and thanks to you, now I can make this at home. I tried your recipe of loaded Nachos with Mexican Rice. Tried all the three versions. I loved the one that is just loaded with cream cheese, capsicum & Chili flakes. No doubt other versions were also lip smacking. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. It's a request if you can mk a video on Mexican Rice with your twist.
