Summary
This color film consists largely of segments shot in the Freud garden at 20 Maresfield Gardens in London. Appearing in the film are Sigmund Freud, Anna Freud, Princess Marie Bonaparte, Ernst L. Freud, Martha Freud, Dorothy T. Burlingham, Paula Fichtl, and a variety of grandchildren, among others. In various scenes, the chow Lu¨n and Pekinese Jumbo play, members of the household garden, and Sigmund Freud tours the fruits of their labor and is escorted to an outdoor couch protected from the sun by an awning. The sole captioned scene records the arrival of Antoine Lacassagne, a French physician who saw Freud at Bonaparte's request. There are later shots of a panda, penguins, and seals, possibly at a zoo.
