Just starting to change my church over to wifi 6 or 6e from wifi 4. Needless to say I have a ways to go lol. Loved your video! Was very easy to understand and to the point. My question is: what type of tech cabinet do you have in your home with all the lights that is built into the wall? Keep up the great work!
I’m just a little confused. Do I need to have every switch connected to my router? Or do I just plug the Ethernet cable from a switch to the device? I doubt the latter is the case but I don’t understand
I'd rather not have loads of switches. Planning on having a managed switch which I can plug a mini VPN router that I'll create a VLAN from. I'll then run two cables to each room, one for wired connections (and a switch if needed) and another for wifi as our walls are really thick so 5G wifi doesn't penetrate.
So if I just connected a switch to my outdoor office so I can get a few more Ethernet lines run to control 4 devices that will distribute my signal effectively?
