Can I skip deducting depreciation to avoid reducing cost basis of my home when I sell it in the future? But I still want to deduct property tax and mortgage interest and everything else.
I thought my son was the only one that write his F the same way as he does. It looks something like a T and then it turns into an F. 😆😆😆 my son is a genius and hopefully I can get him toward something like this and investing 🥰🙌🙌
I appreciate these videos but I have to watch them at a faster speed with how he talks. Also it would be nice if he would figure out how to handle his hands. He has significant repetitive, distracting hand motions. In some situation it might be beneficial and in others then they are way too often. I don’t know if there’s a program to make the writing look less like a child (electronic whiteboard???) and I’m sure this all sounds very critical but I do like the content in these videos and thought I would give my feedback. I would love to see the presentation improvements so the good quality content can match. Thank you!

The use of the electronic whiteboard and handwriting graphics is intentional and is done to convey the authentic nature in which Eric prepares these videos.
