My favorite holiday tradition is breakfast at my parents’ house on Christmas morning! I’m now 33 and married, but every year my siblings and I still wake up and go to Mom and Dad’s with our significant others for Christmas breakfast in our pajamas. I’m so thankful for it!🥰

We love the tradition of hiding a Christmas book every evening to read to the kids. We just put the book in a cloth Christmas bag and hide it somewhere in their bedroom and they LOVE finding it for bedtime. :)

My favorite holiday tradition is decorating the tree with my family! We set aside a whole day to go pick out our tree each year. We bring it home and drink egg nog, eat cookies, put on funny Christmas hats, and dance around to Christmas music while we decorate. Did I mention my brother and I are now in our late twenties? 😄You never have to grow up if you stay young at heart - and this day each year reminds us of that.

Hållo to everyone and thankful for you all. After we moved into our house from a homeless shelter has been a blessing. Our children are great artists that help make the holidays beautiful. Our holiday tradition that my *now husband *then boyfriend and I implemented back in 2014, was buying birds from Target every year and we said one day when we live together and buy our first Christmas tree together, that we’re going to decorate it with the birds. Flash forward to today and we now decorated our Christmas tree with our 21 month old daughter! We hope that she continues on the tradition one day when we’re old and she and her sibling will help decorate with us.

Hello, I'm Nancy Rose and I'm 16 years old. I live in Rainy old England and have six siblings. I loved your video, really satisfying and motivating! We have so many Christmas traditions.....one of my favourites is to listen to an old-fashioned tape recording of ' A Christmas Carol' by Charles Dickens. It's so Christmassy and cosy. We light the log burner and sip on ginger beer and hot chocolate. We listen to a couple of episodes every night leading up to the final episodes on Christmas eve. It's really atmospheric to sit round as a family and not watch a screen for once; but to listen and laugh and enjoy the moment.

Favorite tradition: gingerbread houses - its an entire family project involving around 30 people 😂. We make the gingerbread, and icing, create a blueprint of whatever building we are trying to recreate the week before. And then we build it together! So fun.

The last couple years have been really hard for mental illness wise and within the last 6 months I got on medication and I've been so much better. Better than I've been in my whole life. Every year, my 4 yo gets to choose his own Christmas ornament for the tree. I LOVE whenever you decorate. Always have to take mental note of how you have things for your kiddos. My kiddos room is so tough to decorate.

I like your rug trick...brilliant! As far as our favorite tradition: my Mother gifted my husband and I with an "our first Christmas together " ornament over 40 years ago. Every year when our kids come over to help us decorate the tree, my husband and I put that ornament on the tree together FIRST. It's a sweet moment for all of us. The ornament has lost some of its shine but the tradition has not!

We do lots of random acts of kindness, making gifts, and I always make sure to write down one day to donate old toys to make room for their new things they get for Christmas- they think it’s fun to give up old toys when it’s on the Christmas countdown 😂 loved this video- super motivating!! As a singer, the beginning to play and sing Christmas music and all of the seasonal cantatas, etc in church really get me excited for the season…advent! Also, Just decorating simply for Christmas in the house is so cheerful for me and special… I also make a homemade hot fudge sauce and chocolate chess pies to give to friends! They love it🤣
