HE does VERY well against North American opponents with the WAL ruleset...but overseas, recently if/when he has gone overseas, where he can't intimidate Bart (the WAL ref) and he can't intentional slip out of grips without at least a running foul, he does not do as well.

Lets face it, Devons 50 (damn near), he’d still destroy a lot of people.. but to beat Levan, he would need to strengthen his entire frame, lots of powerlifting movements (deadlifts, squats, bench, rows)… he was poking fun of Levan for being fat, but that mans probably has crazy core muscles, look at Hafthor and Eddie Hall, freaky cores.. and all that shits going to play a role when you’ve got both technical ability and strength. I wanted to see Devon win, like he did with Micheal Todd.. their friends, the smack talk was overlooked.. my parents served 40 years in the forces.. 40 friken years.. my whole damn family.. I thought the speech Devon gave when he handed him the hammer was very touching, and you can tell the passion Devon has for the sport and what that hammer represents. I hope they keep that hammer going for many years to come, and it would be cool to see what names will be on it in the future.
