Interesting video for Hvac engineers as we are not the best sales people even if it is in the interest of the client. Great sales video I have been on so many as slipped into IT and then to sales of gas boilers. I am electrician who suffers from tendinitis so had to do something else so ended up in sales.

I thought infiltration is when the door bell rings, and particle tests involve pizza box contents. Seems I was wrong. Thanks for sharing, I am enjoying the series so far.
