My RF machine has arrived and I also bought some good quality gel. Tested on the creases of my left fingers and I do see that the skin tightened and looks smoother compared to my right fingers. Still early stages but I believe you are right about the RF machine. I can’t do beyond 3 at the moment, cos 3 is already pretty hot and occasional zaps... wouldn’t really call them zaps too, can’t describe it... maybe more like a sudden scalding sensation... definitely important to keep moving about. But I think the machine does work. Thanks for your tutorial. 🙏
@@juliabondarenko7175 Actually I stopped using it haha... I could do till level 3 only and only for my hands. I don't even dare to go higher. It zaps me even though I do use a lot of good quality gel which is specificially for RF machines. So I dont dare to use it for my face at all. I just did facial at a local Korean spa and she used Korean imported RF machine. It didn't zap me at all and was really nice. After I came home I actually noticed that my jawline was tighter. I now think the machines really do matter. At level 3 I can feel the heat of the small RF machine so at level 5 definitely hot. Remember RF machine can cause fat loss too if you don't educate yourself properly.

I absolutely love your tutorials TJ, you are the best and you are so gracious in how you handle the presentation. In my case I have lost some facial fat in my cheek area which is causing the beginning of small jowls. I'd like to use the RF device in my cheek area to build up some volume there as you have in your videos but I'm afraid that I may lose more facial fat and aren't sure where you draw the line between losing facial fat and building it up, can you please clarify?
I have this exact machine and have used it once. It was a pleasant experience. I but it on super high and now my skin is itching and dry. But yes I recommend this machine

Had my first little sesh,tonight ...just used my forehead as a practice 😊 Holy cow,I'm pretty hardcore,but I had to drop it down to a one from the level two I started with , so I'll be going low and slow . Feel a lot more confident now,though - and no snaps! 🙏😘✌️

If I'm not using the highest frequency, will changes be less noticeable? How do I make the heat less painful? Does it have to be so hot it's uncomfortable? Is it normal to feel discomfort? In one if your videos you mention that the machines you use is not available in the US (and it’s not, I tried lol). I ended up purchasing the MLAY device and it does seem to work. Have you reviewed this one or can you tell me an equivalent machine that is available in the US? Thank you!!! 😊
Thanks TJ - your tutorials are really great for RF. I ended up buying another RF model which has 4 different functions including a derma pen (which I have no idea how to use yet). The model is called dr. Nano meter. Out of all the tutorials out there for RF, I follow yours. Thanks and keep up the good work and sharing your knowledge.

You can really use any water-based or glycerine -based gel, serum or lotion that you like. I love the Medicube Age-R Booster Gel, but often use generic conductive gel like AnoGel too.
Hi TJ! I have watched your videos on at-home RF many times, because I was so nervous to try my machine. So last night I finally worked up the courage to try it out. My machine was $200 and is round, not triangular like yours. Mine only has 3 settings instead of 5 like yours. So what I found is that, mine does not give me any "SNAPS" like yours does. Does that mean it's not as powerful? And my other question is, how long should I stay on each area before moving to the next? My under-eye is always my most hated area on my face. So should I stay on it for a solid 2-3 minutes before moving to the next area? Hope you can help me figure this out, cuz I do value your knowledge and experience😊

Hi 👋😊 I'm not familiar with the device you have so wouldn't want to say yes. The one I have does have generic connections so can accept a variety of attachments. I'll have a look at your device and see what I can find out for you.

I’m in my early 30s and have been told that the fat will subside as I age but I would like to decrease the rounding in my lower cheeks towards my jaw. Hi Neo D. I use my RF for that same reason. I go for a level 9 and treat the lower cheeks for around 10 mins each side and repeat it once every 4-6 weeks. I'm about to go to once every 4 months as I've reached a level I'm happy with now. Just be careful not to go on the cheekbone as losing fat here can be really aging. ☺️🤗

Love your video! I just bought this machine because of your review and amazing results. But TJ is 3MHz sufficient? I read some machines go up to 10 MHz.
Hi Ro L. Thank you 🤗 The device I have is 50Hz - 60Hz (5e-5MHz to 6E-6MHz). This is definitely more than powerful enough for a home device. The thing to remember is that more power doesn't equate to better results, but it does lead to more risks (Burns, facial fat loss, scars). As long as the dermis is heated to 40-41°C (104f - 105.8f) and you use good technique, you'll get the same end results as a salon-quality machine using a higher frequency (which will be often be a tri-polar machine) 😊 I personally think it's better to go slow and steady when you DIY. It may take slightly longer than what you'll get with a higher frequency unit, but it's also easier to target your results and minimise any side effects. 😁

Thank you 😊 it can be used on the under eye area, but be aware an optic nerve runs in that area. If you stay on the bone area and avoid the section in line with the pupil, it's typically considered as safe 🤗

+patricia nizzo yes. I love how well it works. I don't do my neck area as it's not really something that bothers me much. you can do it though. you just need to avoid the voice box and thyroid areas 😊 Thanks, from Portugal 🤗
The key is to use it at different intensities and durations in different areas and not use it too often. Once every 10 to 12 weeks is more than enough if you're using it on maximum power or once a fortnight for lower intensity levels. 😊

I think it can, check out the guy from 10 years younger channel "Radiofrequency Fat Loss" , he used it on one side of the waist and had some subtle results
Hi TJ I've just found your channel and trying to get the machines you use. As I'm getting older I'm noticing fine wrinkles and turkey neck. My daughter laughs at me because she says I don't look 67. But I think she's being too kind. Thankfully my picture doesn't show them. I've just bought this machine and can't wait to use it. I shall have a go with it tonight. On your other video how to use it you was showing a massage head that as you said doesn't come with the machine. Do you know where I can get the adapter please? I try all these beauty items so something has to work on me. I'm too scared to go under the knife but I had lip fillers which really hurt but when the swelling went down so did my lips. She gave me another type for free but that didn't work either. I am on morphine from the Dr and other medications and she thinks it was maybe that? I won't be trying that again though. Hi gladys foy 😊 I actually had the NuFace last year and it died after the first 60 days... Just my luck 😂 it worked nicely and gave my complexion a boost, but I didn't notice any lifting or tightening if I'm honest. With that said, I didn't have a chance to use it for long enough, so I wouldn't want to say it doesn't work. 😊
There's some truth in that. If you're doing an intensive treatment, collagen will partially be broken down. At the same time, skin contraction takes place. At-home machines don't penetrate as deep as the ones we use in clinics, so collagen destruction tends to be much less. Likewise, results will be more impressive done in clinic versus at home. 😊

I have no idea how you put it on level 5, i can barely do level 3 . It burns so bad ! I use ultrasound gel , i just bought some glycerin to see if there’s any difference
Love your videos! In this you say wand should not get hot or it’s just some type of heating element and not rf. The one I bought from amazon gets HOT. To confirm, is this likely NOT rf since it’s HOT?
It's supposed to heat the skin layers so I'd say yes, but it shouldn't leave you with burns if it's that hot if that makes sense. Try to use the lowest setting and work up so you don't accidently burn yourself.

Hiii. I really do have tightening from this machine. It has made a huge difference from before I started using it to today. I use mine twice a month, but everyone is different. If you focus the machine on the double chin area on the highest intensity level for around 10-minute twice a week, it will help remove the fat and tighten the skin there at the same time. 😊

Heyyyyy trouble 😝 I got mine from Amazon due to the fast delivery and return guarantee if things don't work. The device I have is a generic machine without branding (Beauty Star, Mlay and others all have this identical machine, but with their branding - and a boosted price tag) Just waiting to do my HiFu treatment, but don't want to push my skin too far. Great tutorial.. I'm just wondering of it's safe to do this with botox and fillers under the skin or could using these dissolve or move fillers around? I also have rosacea which can be exasperated by heat.. Does the company offer any advice on these areas? Thank you.
Hey Lynn. I use it over Botox without any issues. It could possibly cause filler to break down soon. I too have rosaceae and if anything, I find it actually minimises it somehow (no idea how, but I'm thinking it has something to do with improved circulation). There are some really awful instructions with the machine, but most of my videos cover everything I've learned from use and as part of my cosmetology course.
I have a similar machine nut with nodules on heads am I meant to feel anything when using it as I'm not sure it's working or if I'm doing it right it also lights up at the head buy that's only time i feel any heat I'm so confused

Hi Tina. Level 5 can be used for that, but so can level 4 and 3. It's all about duration instead of intensity. 😊 I always use level five and keep the duration to less than twenty minutes each side of the face. For under the neck, I sometimes do 30 minutes on a level 4 for fat elimination. 😊
