I just got this. This video made it so easy to set up. Thanks! I've been stumbling with using my Roku remote earphones, constantly losing audio whenever I try to pour a cup of coffee or something else. Knock on wood, but this smells like freedom.
Hi There I have a Anker Q10 Headphones , Works perfect on my LG V50 Android Phone , but when i Conect to my pc sometimes I Heard Crackles or Poppings ,So I Buy an Asus Bluethoot USB Dongle still having the same problem , I dont know is is the Windows Driver or What. If I Buy This Miccus Bluetooth transmitter How I Can Be Sure that not happens the same (Crackles and Popping)? Thanks
Hello. I have various android phones and the Miccus does not want to connect to any of them regardless of system OS. But my 2 iphones (new and old) connect. Why it’s not connecting to my Android phones?
I am using the optical cable input to xmit my TV sound to remote speakers (Tx mode). Can I also connect the optical output (still in Tx mode) to connect to my TV sound bar? (My TV only has 1 optical output connector.)
So my job took away cell phones from being inside work. I'm trying to find a way to connect my bluetooth headphones to an extender that is connected to my phone which would be located in my car. Would this product be able to achieve that?
Im needing an extender for a mini keyboard I just got that cant even seem to go 3 feet from the current one. So im trying to find something I can use to have the keyboard connected anywhere in the room to the pc. Will this do that?
Sorry for the slow response Michael. All Miccus transmitters will pair with headphones that support the A2DP Bluetooth profile. So, no, you do not have to use Miccus Headphones with your Miccus transmitter.
Has anyone had success turning off voice prompts "pairing" and "disconnected" ? I'm using no preamp or volume control so it's full blast regardless of phone volume. Otherwise, nice kit.... Help says "double tap button while pairing" no luck....
Is there any headphone wired option on the device using digital optical output from TV to the Transmitter, because the sound through headphone jack of my Westinghouse TV is terribly low. Thanks!
No. While the opitcal input and output do use a pass through function, the pass through does not convert the signal to analog 3.5mm. So there is no way to put a digital optical signal into the RTX 2.0 then pass it to the 3.5mm output. If it did, you could definitely plug a pair of headphones directly into the 3.5mm output for listening.
How can you avoid intermittent signal loss when using headphones? I use skullcandy headphones and the signal becomes intermittent at a distance of less than 10 ft.
Emmanuel - the signal drop outs can be due to a the receiving capability of the headphones as well. However, you may be operating your transmitter or your headphones too close to a WIFI router or another source of radio frequency interference, so something else could be contributing to the problem as well. Please reach out to Miccus customer support to do some additional trouble shooting: support@miccus.com
This looks like exactly what I'm after. I have Spotify on my iPhone and like to play it through my Yamaha 5.1 surround sound system in the living room, but when I go outside to the back yard it cuts out. This looks like it may solve that issue. Anyone else here use it for that?
I bought two of these... They're junk because the signal drop outs on both units in the same room 60 feet straight apart from wall to wall... get Alto Bluetooth Brand or other Brands but not Miccus. Don't buy it !
