Everyone at college reacts weirdly when I say I was 😂 its the second thing about me that everyone gets surprised with. Right up there with "I have nine siblings". The reactions are always so similar, it's more surprising when people answer with "oh, how nice" or "okay" than "OMGSH WHAT WAS IT LIKE??? YOUR POOR MOTHER! HOW DID YOU MAKE FRIENDS?" *commence every stereotype ever* ... you've all heard them, I'm sure 😂😂

I was homeschooled, you can usually knock out all your work in like 4 hours a day, because you don't waste time with class changing, busy work, multiple explanations for the dumb kids, etc. There is a lot of time wasted at most schools. So that leaves more time for other stuff like music lessons, reading books, arts and crafts, cooking, gardening, sports, etc....

The sketch was really funny, but honestly, siblings who are homeschooled are way nicer to each other than that. Me and my siblings are all school-mates and best friends, so that's not accurate at all. Plus, if I ever said anything like that to my siblings, my mom would not be happy. That's the result of my parents being the principle(s), all my teachers and coaches, and my counselors.

The fighting, plays at home, music classes and holy crap the sibling rivalry was real. The fighting non stop and complete lack of respect for anyone. But what a fantastic family they are. As a homeschooler, yes, my family breaks out into song and dance all the time (my mom was a musician so it's only destiny). Yes, we are dramatic. We used to put on tiny plays during Christmas such as the Nutcracker cuz it was fun. But no, all 5 kids love each other to death and would not be mean like that. No, our mom and dad dont force us to do what we dont want to. They find out what we want to do and help us achieve that dream. Lol. But this put a smile on my face. Keep it up!

I was homeschooled! This is inaccurate but very funny! The only thing in this video is that there needs to be more kids in the family. In my homeschool group, each family had an average of 5-10 kids. I can't wait for you guys to do more homeschool sketches!

aaaand this sketch not only landed, but was a SWIIIIIISH! Great writing, loved the hair flip, loved the constant "...LEAVE SARA(H)" and the deadpan delivery of "I am homeschooled, I have a ton of free time" which totally killed the tension of the scene. +1 for the new Studio C team.

@@emmettford School isn't the only place where you can obtain social skills. My siblings and I did sports, church, had some of our classes with homeschool groups, etc. I personally don't feel like I missed out on getting the social skills that I need in life by not attending public school. In many ways, I think homeschooling helped me be better socially overall because I didn't just hang out with people my own age the majority of the time, but got more experience in being able to converse with people of all different ages. Anyway, but that's just my opinion and experience. :)
