That's amazing! If it was available here I would prefer it rather than having someone shouting at me and making me feel bad for apparently not doing it right! It is hard to actually get a deep enough breath at the best of times! Thank you everybody!

My husband was never offered this this he passed away on April 18 th this year there needs to be more research into this disease .

my husband has never been offered this how do you go about spirometry at home?

I was told by my doctor to use the spirometry Evry one our for 20 count to help my lunges get better. Not for monitoring. Am confused
