@@emilys093 I saw them on their "farewell" tour back in 2014 - Vince couldn't carry a tune with a suitcase. It was so bad it must've been super embarrassing for him.
Amazing job. Made my little girl smile. She's now 18 but this was her lullaby and her favorite song since day 1. Took her to see the Crue in their first final tour and the 2nd stage came down rite infront of us and she was singing word for word while in tears and Vince gave her a wink and a wave from 5 feet away. Made her night and she also loved this. Said she couldn't tell it wasn't Tommy playing. Amazing job.
Just came home loaded up RU-vid and saw this lovely, struggling on finding a good Knock em dead kid cover so I can learn it would love it if you could do one
Kyle, thank you. I'm at probably one of the darkest period of my life. I can't even play my guitars I'm in such a dark place but watching you beat the skin and that smile on your face, enjoying what you're doing gives me hope. Thank you so much for this
That kick drum separation ability you have is killer bro ! And there are now nine idiots in this world that I know of. You are one of the most clean sounding drummers I've heard.
Very nice, dig the fact that you’re smiling while you’re playing very cool and I have to be honest with you the the snare roll/open high hat with your left hand on the vocal part of “my heart like an open book” Fantastic on the stick flip with the right hand. Loved it!
Fuckin’ KYLE Kills Me!!!! This dude is Amazing!! And that smirk while he’s playing shows that he’s extremely comfortable behind a drum kit! I’ve never seen it come so natural, like it does for Kyle. I could watch this dude play for hours. I just can’t see how anybody could leave a negative comment on his channel. There’s literally NOTHING negative you could possibly say! Keep making videos, and we’ll keep watching Brother!!!!
really cool seeing a happy smile as you rock these classics! I reckon that's what its all about rockin and having fun. home sweet home is an epic song.
How could four people dislike this? Great cover dude!!! I wish I could play drums at all. I know there are programs for that kinda stuff but it ain't the same.
Your enthusiasm, and energy, combined with your technical talent, leave little doubt in my mind as to who the best drummer on YT is. Young man, you are a freaking beast on the skins, and I look forward to seeing more from you. Sheer perfection is all I can say!!
Portions of the original Home Sweet Home video were filmed in Houston, Texas. I was down in the crowd with my dad for this show. They did the song twice that night to get some different camera angles for the video. The show was at The Summit arena, which used to be the home of the Houston Rockets. It's now the home of Lakewood Church and Joel Osteen. I asked Joel how much holy water it took to cleanse the building as I knew what kind of debauchery went on in those dressing rooms. When I explained to him what I was talking about...he didn't think it was funny. LMAO!
MY absolute favorite tune to kick on the kit! It was apparent to me early on that this one's a little special to you as well, even with your mastery of The Crue's catalog. I'm thinking it might be because this song, simply put, is THE GREATEST ROCK BALLAD OF ALL TIME!!
