That brass desk lamp is fabulous! No dings in the shade AND it still works. You find some great stuff. You have a great eye for things. I hope you bought that oak table that was 1/2 off. Look at that pottery...Hull or McCoy....wow...ball jars with zinc lids....depression ware....I could spend all day there.....I love that oak chalk board....the wood grain is so pretty...love the quilt..my mamow quilted....omg ...a cheese keeper...the lamp is awesome for sure.....I live south ohio near the river....your parents place is so inviting...

Hey there--love your videos! I just want to let you know the chalkboard frame you mentioned was originally a frame for Lang calendars, the little tray was to hold a pen for marking the calendar. I bought one years ago for my sister who always used Lang calendars : ) just thought you might like to know!

All your finds were great, I would have bought the same items. Do you think the big board could a calendar holder ? I have one similar and it is a Lang calendar holder with the pencil holder as well. The frame you bought is a calendar holder. They were made to hold the Lang calendar. I still use mine. I love watching your videos! Keep up the good work.

The metal lamp has to be at least 50 yrs old. Those old plugs were around in the 70's.

Nicole... your parents place... beautiful! Look at ALL THE LAWN ! How I wish there were places like those shops around me! Everything is “Antique” and very high prices. I live near the big “Madison-Bouckville “ Antique location ( it is like the Brimfield Antique place In Massachusetts) that is running this weekend and they have a large one in August for a week with something like 10,000 Dealers from across the USA and very expensive to get in and prices are high! There would be NO $1.50 small cheese board... it would be in the high $20 if not $30.00 . You got some nice items! That Lamp...I love that ! Yes to the $20-30. But then I’m not a reseller. Also how sweet that Quilt is. My neighbor is in her 80’s and she makes many, many quilts ..ALL HAND SEWN! I need t have her teach me her stitching! LOL! I decorate like you, I’m not a frilly, flowery person but totally appreciate work that goes into pieces. I love those Cutting Boards your parents make . I noticed them in your Booth. So fun going shopping with you and your baby is getting so big...it happens so fast ! I’m sure some days not fast enough 💙

Not old on the cord. They were round plugs. Check out the real old hardware stores in the country online and they usually have old parts to repair lamps and replace parts. We had a lighting store in the 1986+......and my husband is an electrician. Check out these places so that you yourself do not get taken

Hello Nicole. Gosh, I have that rolling pin with the red handles! Just bought one for making noodles. I have a question. Do you ever ship out of your shop? I am looking forward to getting out this summer to local antique shops. Our farm has been shut down to the public since March 2020. We raise grass-fed beef for breeding stock, hay and log. Your shop is very nice. I am interested in the Dixie Belle products. My best find was a 1908 7" Griswold waffle iron in mint condition. Found it in Vermont. I collect and use cast iron for my kitchen wood stove. Thank you for the booth tours. I liked the hand painted pieces. I want to try my hand at Donna Dewberry art.

I lived in Kiwanee, Neponset, and Budah Illinoise back in the late 70' s early 80's. Love the people..hate the flat country and the cold bitter winters. Now in the Rocky Mountains and could never got back to Illinoise. But to teach their own.

The blue and white tablecloth looks too well done as if it were done on one of the computer sewing machines. You can stop them and direct them to make the next pattern of stitching.
