Hi Barbs! Loved the video 😊 I think a modern looking wallpaper on one of the walls in your bedroom as an accent wall would be really nice. Maybe the wall where you have your bed especially since it’s a big blank wall. I always find that adding patterns where there would be a blank space adds a lot of character to a room.

You can do few shows on beauty parlours for women; beauty routines for women; then there are topics on embroidery, various handicrafts that have stood the test of time and are trendy. ...you can show some exquisite recipes from small reputed cafes. I'm happy to hear you'll get to be in Rome for half of the year, hope you'll have an amazing time 🎈About the apartment.. the place is no bigger than what you see in the tour, there are no other rooms there! I no longer live in that basement but when I did, I had to use a drying rack for my clothes, and (I have to say) that alone took up a lot of space. I then also needed to keep the windows open because of the humidity.. and that too was a bit of a bummer 🥲

Helloo First off, thanks a lot for watching - I'm really glad you enjoyed the videos on this channel 🌸 The websites I kept an eye on when I was looking for the apartment are: immobiliare.it, casa.it, mioaffitto.it, idealista.it and also subito.it, but keep in mind that the accounts who post on this last platform aren't always verified and what they offer isn't mediated by a third party.. so you have less guarantees. Another thing I suggest you do is when you see some listing posted by a real estate agency on one of the websites I mentioned, google the name of the agency and go on their own website because sometimes they upload more options there ✔️ About the neighborhoods.. I would avoid the ones starting with tor- (for instance, Tor bella monaca/Tor tre teste and so on) and the areas too close to the railway stations.. but other than that, I think Rome won't let you down 💕 Hope you'll have the best of times here in Italy and I wish you all the best!! Unfortunately I don't have the right knowledge for what concerns buying properties either outside of Rome or in Tuscany (where I've been very few times), so I don't think I'm the right person to ask. I love your apartment! Its small but functional. I lived in a basement in two occasions. In the states, mostly in the city, basement apartments are common for families. I love that your apartment is so bright. Can't wait to see what else you add to the space perhaps low maintenance plants?
