Another beautiful house ! However, there should be either a hallway or a porch. Coming straight into the living room is a big downside of this property. Secondly, the kitchen sink is too small. Otherwise, it's a beautiful property.
If you go to Nigeria or other Africa countries u would get a better and big villa for 150 4 to 5 bedroom ... Only in Ghana they will tell you 250 300 400 500 for 3 to 4 bed like how ...
Yes, the price is ridiculous. Much better deals in Ghana but....You are paying for the location and the environment. Too much corruption in Nigeria... starting with the criminal president.
It's very disappointing no balconys... considering the hot weather in Ghana especially, such houses needs to have balcony attached to all the rooms...Take notice of Balcony for future properties, also for the high price tag, a stand by Generator should have been included in the house, considering the highly frequent electricity power cuts in Ghana.
