I'm so excited about this weeks video. This house hadn't been touched in over a year. The owner was a woman who passed away. Her daughter lived next store and had taken care of her for over a year before she passed. She also lot her husband the year prior. I was so thankful to have found this property so I could help her out - which she was SO thankful for. The chage is amazing. Enjoy!

I think if I owned the house & couldn’t afford to care for it or sell for some reason, I would be overjoyed & speechless if someone like Sean knocked on my door & offered all that for FREE!! Omgosh, the very hard work, hauling away…I would have made him a cake or cookies, been out with cold drink, be so appreciative! I've watched quite a few of this genre and it has to be said, you are hands down, THE BEST - you clean up and tidy gardens like they were your own. I particularly appreciate that you lift stuff out of the way and either take them away or put them neatly somewhere unseen 😊 I also love that you lift the cut grass. You're brilliant. What i and a lot of other fans really like about SEAN is that if he is not doing the cleanup for a live renter or owner he just cleans it up in hope that it is seen as move in ready to a new buyer of the property! He always done a perfect job too!

Fantastic transformation! I live in Western Australia and we have such a bad rental crisis at the moment that there are families living in tents under bridges, it saddens me that a property like that would be left empty and unloved.

It's the same situation here in the US, and they say our economy is good. Too many drug addicted people. The drugs are sent here from other countries to make is weak and they are doing a fine job. China sends fentanyl to Mexico and they bring across the border and it's killing us. Chemical Warfare...

I agree! It helps keep squaters out, and rodents as well. People don't realize how bad critters of every sort, quickly get in and destroy a place when it gets over grown like this. Then they quickly overpopulated and infest the entire neighborhood. It really would behoove the entire neighborhood to pitch in to keep it down if everyone would just do a little something, once a week, it would be great. It looks like someone keeps the house up.

One of the top 3 transformations I've ever seen on all of the Lawn Service channels I'm subscribed to. This was absolutely top-notch incredible. Using the drone to give other angles is brilliant. The variety of work, from hedge trimming, to cutting fallen branches, to mowing, to weed whipping, and more was immensely enjoyable. I love you you rake up the grass, and take away the clumps of dirt-grass after you shovel them out. The channels with a million subscribers don't even do that. You think you need Al Bladez? Ha. Think again. Outstanding video. I will share on my FB page.

What a superb job on this property! I chuckled when you came back second day and said “I don’t like this right here, going to fix it today.” When you first trimmed it, after watching your work in several of your videos, I said he will go back and fix that. 😄 Your work is amazing! That was a really nice thing to do! They probably are planning on selling or renting it out but the task of cleaning out the inside, that the thought of cleaning up the outside was too much. I agree. My landscaper had his trimmer disappear from in front of my house a couple of years ago while he was working in my side yard not twenty feet away. Last year it was a shovel and rake that went missing. Unbelievable!

Watching you trim those hedges and hearing you say you took a second look and gave it another trim was great. Hedges like that can take a couple seasons to get them under control after being neglected. And lots of patience! You did a good job! The property looks so much better after having you there to clean it up! You really did a wonderful thing by doing all that you did. I am sure the woman is very grateful for your help with her mothers yard! After losing her mom it was probably to painful for her to go over there and do yard work! Thanks to you it may be much easier to keep up with!

You did such a great job on this yard! It was great to see your girls come to support their dad 😊 Teach them to use all the tools so if the day comes and they need to, they will be able to keep up with their yards. I see so many women who don't have a clue on how to mow and trim. I'm going on 68, have a huge yard, and so far have taken care of it by myself. Incredible amount of work. I admire your commitment; your eye saw a need and you made it look better when you revisited the front hedge. I can appreciate the idea of a hedge to set the yard apart from sidewalk and street, but a hedge that big is an invitation to a break-in especially since the house is vacant. I understand the circumstances in this situation, but the amount of work you put in underscores the benefits of keeping up with the yard work. How much easier it is to keep a yard looking good when it is maintained week to week. Like eating an elephant one bite at a time.

Mom’s only been gone for a year, but the family’s had trouble keeping up with that house for a long time. It looks like all they managed to do was keep the grass cut. Those shrubs been growing unchecked for years! Thanks for helping them out, I know they’re so grateful. My dad’s had gotten that bad when he couldn’t trim them anymore. I ended up pulling a pick up truck up next to them and walking back-and-forth in the bed trimming the shrubs because they were so tall it would’ve taken forever even with a ladder!

I follow 4 other people that do these video's BUT you far surpass them all !!!!! You go above and beyond! You rake the grass, cut back trees and bushes, close a door on a house that's open. Pick up trash in the yard ...I have seen you - Fixed a mailbox, and a chain link fence etc.. Thank you and I pray that God will bless you extravagantly ❤ you and your family.
