Thank you guys for everything that you do we're forever grateful to you me and my husband has been watching your videos and they have helped the both of us since being diagnosed with congestive heart disease and I've lost 61lbs and my husband has lost 25lbs just by eating healthier and watching your videos and walking I'm on a walker now but I'm still going strong with the help of God and watching your videos ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hello. I enjoyed the video. It came out GREAT! We added a gym on 1 side of our garage about 2 years ago and I LOVE IT. We were able to add several exercise equipment along and along. We also purchased a good bit from Amazon. You are so right, you don’t have to spend a lot on the equipment. Added a mirror, mat flooring, faux leather futon and tv mounted and we are definitely loving the convenience of it. Thanks for sharing your home gym. Have a wonderful week!

It's about 10-12 minutes from our home . I only have a stationery bike and this other thing I exercise my legs. Enjoy the rest of your day. ❤
