hey sophia, those electrolyte powders are fab! try and make sure you have them when you can finish your stanley cup in a short space of time e.g. a workout class or at the gym etc, as repeated exposure to acid (lemon and lime) can make your teeth very sensitive and soften your enamel making your teeth vulnerable to decay etc xx loved the vlog girlies xxx
