Homeboy Sandman- The Carpenter Music Video directed/produced by Bradonio (www.bradonio.com) DP: Ryan Heilman Color Correction: Tristan Kneschke @ Exit Edit (www.exitedit.com)
Cannot believe we just heard this watching the olympics! Sandman is a staple in our household, and we all lost it when we heard The Carpenter for a breakdance battle. The world is a better place with Homeboy's music in it.
Is it selfish of me not to talk to anybody about this guy? I don't want anybody else to know about him. Sand is like something priceless, don't want to share him, don't want anybody to steal him away. I'm 57 yo, born in the Boogie Down, and raised on "real" hip hop, it's in my veins, when I tell you this man is one of the greatest lyricists ever, known or unknown, I'm speaking the whole truth. The world is bizarro, the worst hip hop is the most popular, and Sand is a ghost. Hope he stays that way.
1973…..when I saw the first breakdancing scene!!! Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island!!!!Cops saw battles in the New York City subway and did nothing but watch……battles in different NYC neighborhoods…..51 years later, to see it in Paris was very humbling; a spectrum of worldwide dancers is a testimony to all of the great breakdance legends of New York City….

Homeboy Sandman is a legend if this is the only song he ever released. But he's got over 15 years worth of music and art readily accessible for your ears and eyes. This is top tier ladies & gentlemen
Love it. Homeboy Sandman has got flow and the beat is hot. The video is perfect style for his frantic continuous delivery on this one. Nice! GMS of Hydra MCMI
sleestakattack is right, and if you have a problem with someone's spirituality/religion being integrated into their music, you should be giving props not hatin. At least homeboy got values and principles man,
@bubbajonesISH i dont like that line. i know that homeboy is a dope lyricist with a god flow and voice... but he's sooooo fucking outspokenly christian i have trouble listening to him
