Homebrew .64 groundplane, 

this is the first video where the antenna was at 22' 6" from the top of the coil..
making it too long for where i wanted it..
the other video is the MFJ readings after i shortened it 6".
so final results are around 22' 8" total length from coax connector to top.
radials are around 8' 6" each so 0.64wave for 26 to 28mhz :)
