I was under the impression that the letter of the law stated that "homebrew" was for the consumption on the premises is was made and was for personal consumption only - meaning you could neither give it away, or offer it as a drink to others on the premises that were not part of the household? Either way - bollocks to that !!! :-)

So you can brew a load, invite a load of friends round, charge them £20 floor wear and tear tax to enter, and then let them drink a load of free homebrew.. Gotcha 👍😂
