Duuuuuuuude, that'd be so cool at comic con, can you imagine that moment? Some random makes a questionable question someone would ask Homelander, suit on, promoting season 5 and then he starts levitating off his chair, reaching a good height to make you look up, then his eyes start glowing, everyone in the public speechless, not believing what their eyes are watching and then out of nowhere after He has made you believe you were about to witness a murd3r and then and only then, everyone in the panel starts laughing, including Homelander He then proceeds to laser your eyes out
@PJ31666 no he lasers the crowd then it says season 5 releasing soon it's all screen play tho for ppl on yt watching it but everyone in the crowd signs a waiver to keep quiet
So anyways, then I invert the quadcopter and set it down safely in an open field, and I mutter something to myself about a quartz crystal being a diamond made in a four way.
@@nicolasoliveira4903I'd say that too until I saw in trying to hold in is demons when the starlight Character explaining is Character him in that interview is super sus he even tries to defend homelander as she explains how evil he is.
@@SalvionOWHe wouldnt be able to play the role as well as he could if he was a bad actor... There was this other show/movie hes in... banshee i think it is? check that out, he's totally different than homelander in that. he just a rlly good actor
Honestly i think it is more like he is one of those actors that keep their irl maneirisms when acting, like Keanu reeves or jack nicholson. So when he does anything, he unintentionally or not will sound like Homelander
@@dinoloverI attribute it to people asking them dumbass questions. Every interview of them I’ve seen where it’s everyday people interacting with them, they’re always asked the dumbest shit
I wonder if Anthony Starr has gotten so deep into portraying the role of Homelander it has begun to affect his real life personality Ala Heath ledger’s portrayal of the Joker
I mean he is the big bad so he doesnt do many scenes with the main protags. So they dont hang out that often. Also just listen to what he's saying. everyone else talks like a normal actor but Anthony just says INSANE shxt
What if at the end of the serie Homelander has lost his identity and even the superpower. Cut to a scene where a man buying something at supermarket, black haired, wear glasses, has weird beard, just like Antony Starr...
I think what's scary is that he genuinely liked playing the caracter because of that sense of power and fear it instigated into people and he looks like he's pissed he can't act like he's in the show irl because he doesn't have the superpower to go alongside it , so when he act like homelander he portrays it as a joke but it's clearly how he would act if he actually could
Your RU-vid username is “myboyeee”, you got no real subscribers, you spelled “cringy” wrong, and you using a shit ton of unnecessary emojis like an immature middle schooler, but the uploaded is the cringy one right? Yeah okay🤡.
I never realized Crimson Countess was the actress who played Andrea in The Walking Dead, I knew she looked familiar but never thought of who it actually was 😂😂
3:55 looks exactly like a scene out of the show. the way hes glaring at her from the side and the way starlight keeps him in her peripheral while looking back and forth at him and the camera while she talks… pretty creepy😂
the thing people dont realize is that Anthony is kind of like "homelander" irl (except of course he doesn't kill or R ppl) he has a very similar personality that's why he stood out and got the role effortlessly cos the producers thought the same...that he would be the perfect cast for homelander
On a real note, Anthony probably relates to a few of Homelander's insecurities and thus when someone attacks Homelander, he kind of binds himself to Homelander's character, that's why u can tell he's so defensive about it but it's quite normal, a lot of people do this :')
Anthony Starr had a very different energy when he was doing the first season. It seemed like he was in character 24/7. Then he started gradually mellowing out as you can see the change of tone in his interviews.
Probably a portion of method acting, or it's kinda causing a thin riff between show him and real him Impostor syndrome maybe? Hes just learned how to be him outside of his role as time goes on? Being an actor is hard when you're able to put on the persona of that character because you have to believe and see from that characters eyes, so it can cause real damage to your life if you're not careful
Everyone always , at any given point of time are just a moment away from getting lasered. Hughie low key having a panic attack since he forgot his temp v and girlfriend at home. MM having flashback of his entire life in 15 secs , praying jesus to look after janine as shit can get real anytime 😂
