Homelander is such an unknown. As soon as he landed you know he was going to laser someone but you don't know who he was going to laser. He might laser the bad guy or maybe the good guys or maybe both of them. I think he will laser some of his own guys in season 4 as this cameo wants us to think that he is with supes but we know he's above them.

We even hear a sonic boom when he arrives, much like in Man of Steel. I really want that Snyder Justice League Part 2 with an evil (mind controlled) Superman. I wasn't really into Superman before Man of Steel but the more realistic approach with his character and him dealing with being an alien discovering his powers in school and holding back was great. Homelander just shows how fucking scary it would be if Superman turned.

Was it stupid of me thinking that if Homelander arrived, he'd actually do some good? Like the BARE minimum I would've thought is that he neutralizes the threat by neutralizing all sides of the conflict. Some of the background supes would die, but team Kate and team Marie would escape and would be scattered across the public. But NOPE, the bad guy comes to save the bad guys

@@lachancla3723They confirmed a second season (that will probably be the last one though, since The Boys will end with a fifth season), and also, I think Karl Urban is gonna be credited as guest star, similarly to Starr, Usher, and Crawford. Basically, if they team up with The Boys in season four, then…isn’t it technically season TWO of Gen V? In other words, “The Boys”, season four has to happen, BEFORE season Two of Gen V. Season four…technically already happened since it was confirmed that the both seasons two and four of the respective shows are happening simultaneously. Do you know what that means? Who wants to BET that season four is gonna end with Homelander flying off to deal with some “college bullshit”, and Billy being given a mission to walk around The Woods, and find Sam’s room, and say “What a bunch of cunts”?

I wish I had Homelander abilities in the morning during kid's school drop-off. All parents wouldn't fight with each other anymore. They most likely would- right on the spot- start practicing common courtesy and mutual respect.
