I agree, I rented once to a couple who received section 8, he burned one of the rooms, sold drugs out of the home, broke walls, brought cockroaches and rats and eventually was allowed to stay an additional 6 months without paying rent.

Homelessness is not something great to look at but its even worse when people who pay thousands of dollars to come to LA for a vacation or people who pay millions of their money to enjoy a home near a beach for their family have to look at a dirty, drug-addicted man shitting in the beach or by their home. Or trying to scare your kids. I grew up in LA and homelessness was only seen in DTLA and I still remember some homeless guy trying to talk to me and approach me while I was walking with my mother. I was terrified. Now its everywhere, even posh neighborhoods. Its not something great to have in society, especially 60,000 homeless only in Los Angeles city!!! Government makes it too easy for vagabonds now so its become a lifestyle.
