Trust me, Homeless people are just like us. You can’t treat them like that. That’s not nice. Sometimes I help out homeless people. Like for example. In my bedroom closet I get rid of the clothes that I outgrew them and it’s too big sometimes. And then, I go to the kitchen to get rid of the foods that I don’t like to eat and then my toy hand me downs too. And just like yesterday, when I was in the train station carrying the stuff that I just took out from my bedroom and the kitchen from my house I gave it to a mom with her son who are literally homeless and begging in the train. Which was really sad. So when I did that everyone from the train station gave me an applause and said thank you. You’re so nice. Especially, the homeless mom with her son they both said to me god bless you for helping them out. Always help out people sometimes. Whenever you can. Me personally, I like helping out people sometimes. Be nice and kind to yourself and others.
Yes you pay your employees overtime I would agree with that. You pay your employees as long as they’re on the clock, because you’re working for them. Working and not getting paid is against the law.
Good morning totally studio how are you today it’s about homeless guy thrown out of store 🏬 ayo I’m sending you on Monday morning that awesome they love totally studio it’s awesome 😎
Mr. Carlini is a horrible manager who doesn’t care about his employees and he treats badly to the homeless. He would’ve give them overtime and treat others with respect.
Not paying employees overtime is a crime. If they’re still on the clock after being scheduled for whatever reason you pay them no matter what. For working and making no money that’s illegal.
in this video thi guy is not actually homeless he is a ceo police manager but in the video it says that he is homeless because he is pretending to be homeless
Please stop calling the homeless man a bummer! If the homeless man wants a superstore job and food, please give him a chance and not give him a hard time. The manager cannot treat homeless people this way is that he or she has no idea what it is like if he or she is a homeless person.
