Don’t make yourself do this in a year, do it in two, heck do it in three! Then you can really take time in each prefecture. You won’t be stuck having to rush the time frame, and you can focus on the journey.

Enjoy the journey Robin-San! If you are having fun and finding things that interest you the timing doesn’t matter. If it takes you a couple years to complete all 47 prefectures no one will be upset. You quit ur job because of the stress and the grind so please don’t put yourself right back in that situation with arbitrary timelines. Nomad push at your own pace 🙏

I personally don’t think you should put a timeframe because it won’t allow you to actually enjoy each prefecture and you could be losing out on good content. You would just be rushing through them and after you’re done with your one year goal, you’d have to think of another thing to do. Might as well stretch this experience as far as you can and spend quality time at each prefecture to show more of each location. Just my opinion .

that (2nd) dumpling place was sort of eerie, it was so silent! that museum looked awesome, hope you visit some more museums over the next year on your prefecture tour!

I don't care about the time limit, I love your videos and your stories, your channel is like no one else's, the Saga story was so valuable and precious, there is no person who could open Japanese horizons for us like you do. Robin, you are the best! I already enjoy your journey immensely! This is so exciting!

I think what you are doing should be like a pilgrimage in the sense that it's not about the destination or deadline, it's about the journey. And we all will love watching that journey with you. So take your time to experience each prefecture. If it goes more than a year, that's fine. A good example is what people on the Shikoku pilgrimage often find from what I've seen in videos is that if they rush and meet their deadline for completing the 88 Temples and Shrines they regret not having slowed down and paused to more fully experience the journey and the growth that it entails. While you're not doing a pilgrimage in that sense, all journeys are spiritual or at least self-expansive, even when you're doing them in part for videos (though make sure you're still doing them in part for yourself too). So don't rush - we don't need you to. And good lessons from Saga (the rest of the world could use those)! Yes, put what you love first, above the numbers, because it will be a more open and fulfilling way to your goals.

Saga sounds like a place that prioritizes practicality over spectacle. Sounds like my kind of place.

If this is a lifestyle for you, there is no need to rush so fast. A slower pace of travel with more time showing us the places you go and people you meet is still a beautiful challenge. Much love.

Yo man - nice video! You need to visit Karatsu and Yobuko in Saga Prefecture! Used to skate in front of the Karatsu Library building. Beach and castle is also beautiful. I think there is camping near Niji no Matsubara.

I think you should upgrade your set up before you go on this journey get a more compact hammock like tent, get a little stove or something so you’re not always buying out food. If you have to park on the side of road call it a night.. all that weight on the moped you’re gonna put so much strain on that motor and the bearings that I feel for every two prefectures you visit you’re gonna have mechanical problems

Everything Is good, love that you are visiting so much stuff, try to avoid jumping from one scene to another to quickly, cause there is a lot of interesting things to see, even if the videos are a little more longer, take you time to explain and show off all those beautiful places!! Talk talk and talk to locals, get the history and feel of the place!!! You are doing great!!

Me and my mother are now having an inspired McDonald's meal. 2 Mcdoubles plain,fries and four piece chicken nugget. That is awesome! The BBQ sauce gives the burger an extra flavor. We love it. Thanks Nomad - san , and keep the food ideas rolling.

Hey Robin, i agree with the people who are saying you shouldn't stress out about timing. I am here to watch you have fun. It makes me happy to see you happy. You're living my dream. Also I saw someone say update your driver's license so you can drive a bigger bike. Honestly, that's a super good idea if it isn't too complicated. You could spend less time traveling. Idk what it involves in japan but in my country it's a 1 day class with a driving exam at the end and that's all! Please take care!!

Oh no, the gyoza place was closed! That happened all the time to my sister and I when we were in Japan. Half the time a place we went to was closed because of construction, or because they randomly had that day off. We learned not to trust google which always said those places were open. 😹 This video is subarashii! It was a great blend of learning about Saga prefecture, seeing the beautiful outdoors and you skating, and a little food at the end.

Would be great if you gave directions of restaurants with special food, like all you can eat or such, or places that you recommend that have something really good in their menu. I take note of restaurants that I want to visit next time I go. aside from that cool, but since I´m not the museum type guy I do not think about going to such places XD. as I said more of a Food guy.

Loved the history, and castle. Nice for a change, a little of everything ~ Japan outside of the cities fascinates me. Also eating on a beach where few folks go is Nirvana!
