don't know the abt the case of corn syrup and corn flour... but i think we should use fresh cream itself because normal milk is less in fat, so the consistency won't be same as normal milk.. u may buy fresh cream of amul, its very cheap and easily available 🤗 Or else by using malai from normal milk and then whipping will make fresh cream but its very time taking.. u have to boil milk, then reduce the amount and then whip till it becomes thick, freeze and all.. so better buy it😅
