Homemade 5axis CNC - Fiberglass mold making 

Next time use a paste wax like carnauba wax and you wont have to destroy your mould to get it out. Works extremely well on foam.

Great job,, Love the 5 axis machine, it's just a thought, but I sometimes use compressed air to help separate items. might just lift your fiberglass right out of the mold.

Acho que para você poder desenformar do molde sem perder o mesmo vc pode tentar usar várias técnicas combinadas .... usando cera no molde antes de aplicar a resina com a fibra e tbm pode injetar ar comprimido depois da peça pronta ..... kisses from Brasil! !!!!

brother, after to hands of wax,shine well and then use PVA polivinil alcohol its cheap.Ask for PVA in any fiberglass supply store in your city

My friend. Next time dont destroy the mold. Do a small hole at the bottom and use compressed air. Then correct the hole and your are OK for another part. I really like your machine. I want to modify a plasma cnc machine I have to build a bigger frame in order to do 10m x 2m x 2m molds for laminates. I really like the Z axis you did with the 4th axis.
