2 tbsp [25 grams] granulated sugar
1 tsp [3 grams] instant yeast
2 cups [260 grams] bread flour (high-protein flour)
1/4 tsp salt
*1 tbsp [15 grams] butter (optional)
*extra water + 1 tbsp sugar (for boiling)
*sesame seeds (topping)
