I think for friendship breakups one big thing i always try to remind myself is it is a normal thing and is not bad in anyway .. people change and grow and because you’re not friends with someone anymore it doesn’t make the time you spent worthless but just a phase in your life that helped both of you mature and discover another level of yourself ❤

I live in Wisconsin, and winter depression always hits hard. A quote that helped me is “A flower isn’t forced to bloom in the winter, so why would you force yourself?” Ever since I read that, it helps me remember that it’s okay to experience lack of energy, motivation, and creativity. It’s nature’s time to rest, and it’s ours as well. 😌

I lived in New England for some time and I still get worsened anxiety & depression during winter while also avoiding hospital stays etc

Third year in a row I'm enjoying vlogmas!! Thank you so much Sasha for the content. I know it's not easy to always keep up with this and I appreciate you so much for doing it. The highlight of my 2023 is...MY HUBBY AND I ARE BUYING A HOUSE!!! WE ARE CLOSING THIS COMING THURSDAY (21ST) AMD WE ARE SO DARN EXCITED!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉. Oh and highlight of my 2023 was being 1 of 100 fans selected to go to Russ's album listening party in the dunes where we got to have a group convo with him. He's my favorite artist ever, I still think of it. So surreal i was so close to him, making eye contact. We even hugged! Highlight of my life ❤

Everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese is an amazing combo. I used to work at tim hortons, and get them there most days! Until I realized how carb heavy it was lol. But yeah, it's a delicious combo! I'm so jealous you have a record player and records. It's my goal one day. I do not have the space for one right now. Hope you're doing well Sasha! Everything you said regarding anxiety and friendship breakups, oh my goodness it was all so helpful 🥺I struggle with severe anxiety and mood swings on the daily and it can be so difficult to remind myself to stay in the present and that everything I'm feeling is temporary. Please don't think that your advice isn't sound and solid, or doesn't make much sense, I honestly took so much away from this video 🥺💗 love seeing the girls as usual, even if they're fighting 😬😂 keep staying safe and warm!

When dealing with anxiety in public i really try and be aware of whats happening around me. I get comfort in knowing everything is still moving, and no one knows im trippin balls lol. I also listen to sounds, daze out and watch others. But it really helps, if i cant shake it i go to the restroom and wet my neck and face with cold water. Good work Sasha, I dont watch you on Twitch but I watch all your RU-vid videos and follow your socials. Love the dedication ❤

Something that really helps with anxiety is wearing something comfortable. Like some sweats n your favorite hoodie. I recently went through a best friend breakup n I would wear my favorite hoodie with some of my favorite scents on it. That helped me a lot. Peace and love to everyone who’s struggling rn. 🩵☮️🩵

Grease was my first album at 9 years old. My dad had this amazing Hifi system. We had a lot of Motown records and quite a few that you showed too ❤ I swear sometimes our lives mirror eachother. 😅

Soooo idk if you'll see this or not, but an album that I grew up with, the I HEAVILY suggest to ALL of the world to listen too, is an album called "Free to be you and me" soooo many good lessons for the world, and beautiful songs!! Highly suggest you or ANYONE to take a listen too. And all I can hope and dream for is for someone to take away something from it as much as I did in my youth. (Thanks ma ♥️) 🤟💐🎵🎶

Love that breakfast sammy looked really good, Wow and that looked like a lot of orders and , I love all the records--they bring back many fun memories. So many thoughtful questions and finding a good music teacher is kinda tough--In the your local music store--you might find a good teacher. I myself struggle with anxiety and depression my husband had to get me fidget toys and I also been taking ashwagandha root powder for my anxiety because it helps with my anxiety and it makes it alot easier to be able to go out in public
