Any issues with it freezing up or large amounts of snow Jamming it and making it more difficult to use?

I attempted to download your plans and it worked but unfortunately I cant open the file because my computers graphic card does not support the sketch up viewer. Is there a dumbed down version you can share or maybe a detailed build sheet with a material list? Or some screen grabs of the plans?

Should of rehursed your lines better

Best check each state law reguarding a "load" extending beyound the normal length of the vehicle. My state this is illegal without a light for night travel or flag, even though the load is large enough to be easily seen.

LOL... I just realized your name is also Scott... I used the flat strap down the sides of the deck to reduce the trip hazard and increase the stiffness of the deck edge, it is a 3”x1/8” flat bar and takes far less fitting to install. The guy I built the deck for wanted a low profile. Also if you unfold that 1”x1” you welded on yours you would find it weighs pretty close to the same but not as stiff. Not sure where you came up with 26 pounds lighter, a 1”x1”x1/8” unfolded is 4”x1/8” and you used far more lineal feet of that square tube than the strap I used... “Looks better” I guess works, if you like all the extra fitting and grinding work. The cross frames are 1”x1”x1/8” and spaced the same as the teeth on the snowmobile track. I did not use 1”x 2” because snowmobiles are not that heavy. The crown wheels were from a half ton I Beam trolley we bought local for about 45 bucks. So that was four crown wheels mounted to shafts with safety fingers for a bit over 10 bucks each. The link is an example of what I used. www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_18557_18557 I cut the trolley frame into four pieces and welded them to the tilt frame so that in the event of a wheel failure the tabs would keep the frame from coming apart. The guy I built the deck for wanted cheep, light and built in one day. Scott

Hey man really nice job! I watched the video on the other one and it looks like he has a bar that goes across the bottom and that stops the side to side rocking that you had in your design. Did you get a design from him? It doesn't look like he responsds much but you do. Thanks!!!
