*Snickers Bars : A Delight and Very Easy 👌*
*Ingredients:*
*For the biscuit layer:*
- 200g biscuits
- 100g melted butter
*For the caramel:*
- 200g sugar
- 60g butter (1 heaping tablespoon)
- 100ml hot heavy cream
- A pinch of salt
- 100-200g peanuts
*Caramel preparation:*
1. Start by pouring the sugar into a saucepan.
2. Over low heat, let the sugar caramelize without stirring, as it might crystallize.
3. Still on low heat, add the cold butter and mix vigorously with a wooden spoon or spatula.
4. Once the mixture is well combined, add the hot heavy cream and let it reduce for 2-3 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly!
5. Add a pinch of salt and finally add 200g of roasted peanuts.
*For the chocolate layer:*
- 200g chocolate (I mixed dark chocolate and milk chocolate)
- 20ml oil
Let the preparation chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more. Cut into small squares and enjoy 🥰🥰.
