Greetings All
Today we show you how we make our Homemade Vegan Coconut Yogurt from FRESH COCONUTS.
Yogurt is a slightly fermented food filled with healthy bacteria. Consuming this probiotic- rich food can improve the health of your gut microbiome.
We always stick to fresh coconuts when making any dish that's consisting of coconuts and NEVER from the can, but if fresh coconuts is not available to you, and you don't have a problem with canned coconut milk then by all means do what's best for you.
If you wish to see an instructional video with detailed measurements of making this, please let us know in the comments.

Very nice! I've been successful in making Yogurt from cashew, but coconut has proven to be rather difficult. Will give this procedure a try for sure. One question: I usually use the cap of green chillies as a starter for my vegan yogurts. Was wondering if that would work for coconut as well? Thanks much. 🙏🏼

Perhaps, it is time to move down to South Florida, i.e. Miami, etc., and plant your coconut trees in your back and/or front yards. And, you will have plenty supply of coconuts free for whole years to come.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us. How long can you keep it before it goes bad and is unsafe to eat ?

Depends on where you live but in the fridge say 5 - 7 days then starts to die off and go bad. Use your own taste and smell receptors to be your guide :)

Do you not have to boil the milk first!?
@tropicalveganz
@tropicalveganz 2 года назад
Since it's coconut milk, you don't have to, but you can. It is not necessary.
@truesight91

Boiling would destroy the enzymes and the life within the milk which robs the food from its optimal beneficial compounds. Most foods are highest nutrition & benefits in their raw state, as nature provided them. Cooking technically kills the life in the food then you put probiotics to enliven it again, kinda counter intuitive if you ask me.
