My father used two bent brazing rods. My grandfather used a fresh willow branch. Together they did dozens of wells for themselves and each one was very good. They built houses on speculation. The well that my father taught me on, was the best. It was about 100 feet deep and didn't need a pump. It also was the best tasting water. When I did my well for my house it was scary because all of the wells in the neighborhood were very deep and poor production. I hired a friend of a friend who used plenty of flush water. At 85 feet he hit 10 gallons per minute. I had him drill to 200 feet and set the pump at 150 feet. The phreatic surface is only 12 feet down. Those are very nice rods and an interesting video. I personally think that it is the dowser that is important. Good Luck, Rick
When I was a kid, some old guy was walking around our field with some magic sticks. My grandpa was gonna pay the guy $200 to find the perfect spot to drill a well because this guy had 100% accuracy for the 40yrs he'd been dowsing in our county. Then I explained to grandpa how aquifers worked and that we were sitting on one the size of 3 states, and he kicked the guy off the property. Then he just picked a spot next to the house, dug a well, and boom! Water!!! I guess my grandpa was magic too. 🤣
Thank you very much for this informative video! What machine are you using as a lathe/drill press and do you have any suggestions on how to drill the holes by hand without them going squirrelly? I assume without some sort of lathe there isn't really a good way to narrow the copper pipe enough to get the 1/2" cap on after inserting the 3/8" fitting
Nice video, need to mention that you must not insulate the rod with sellotape or anything, the base that holds tre rod, should make a "circuit" with your hands. Imagine the rods as the extended antenna of your body. Also every human is unique to the amount of energy, something that you can measure it with a simple multimeter at millivolts. Then after you construct the rod, through practice, you keep adjust the length of the L rod and adding at the tip various precious metals like silver or gold. In time you realise how important are all those details. Of course the rods are working, no matter what anyone who dont believe it, or doesn't know that object at all. But always remember that the rods just help you to get as close is possible to your target, after that you gonna need a decent metal detector to pinpoint the target. I have huge experience on this as i manage to find small little'treasures' , for example: ppl back in time didn't have banks to deposit valuables, nuggets, juels and money-coins, so they keep em at small leather bags, mostly, when they travel around, or they hide em at places in or out of their homes and when they travel and see you n distance something, they quickly hide that little bag in a place that doesn't change much in time, like a big rock or old big tree or a water fountain etc.... So none f you can find annold path and can imagine how ppl act back in old the mes, you'll see where is possible to hide something valuable. I use to construct very reliable dowsing rods for a lot of ppl and many of them manage also to find old ' wallets' with silver , gold coins and other precious things. I still make em and also have a nice collection of old gold, silver and copper based coins and relics. U can ask me anything....😉
Is it best to use copper rods or brass rods, I'm trying to learn the old ways that have been lost in time. Any information would be useful. Any old traditional secrets not just dowsing. Thank you for your time.
@@tempus.narrabo well, my uncle and my dad , when they use to search for ...gold, they just use a simple copper wire in L shape and always they were barefoot at the mountains always looking from north to south, after they ...lets say meditate for a bit before they start. They found only very small bags with a few coins in it a few times but nothing more... They told me also that they were out only specific days of the year and never when its about to rain or very cloudy.... Forgot to tell u that atthe tip of the rod they use tu pit a little piece of gold teeth.....
@@tzimiz77 thanks for that, very interesting all this stuff isn't it. I think all the comforts and material goods make us lazy and forgetful. Thanks again.
@@tempus.narrabo no worries mate, anytime. If you are a outdoor guy and you like the adventures, is an interesting hobby, for many points of view.... ✌️
Hi there . I was wondering if I could buy a pair of those dowsing rods that you made. So far they look like the largest handles that I would feel comfortable using. I just do not have the equipment to do it. Thanks
Hi we geologist of the hobbyist caliper who live among thousands of abandon mines here in the less known high desert mining area of California and we like your devices, we are not precious metals hunters but we like to as hobbyists wonder about periodically across the desert floor seeking interesting fines. So your tools are some we would try. Thank you for the share, Lance & Patrick. we found your sharing great, the details of how to make these sets was clear as well. They look near too.
@@SoatMon No sadly no we are more visual and surface digging mainly around outcrops of quartz as we live in a very tectonic prehistoric volcano area of the California Desert near the Joshua Tree National Park., thank you for asking. L&P.
I had an epiphany about ancient egypt and what the pyramids were used for. I think it has something to do with the the science behind dowsing rods. It's just a deep thought I had.
A very complete and clear video for anyone who has the same hobby for treasure hunting. I am very pleased with your discovery. what if put in a sulfur tube, mercury and gold ... ?? does it affect the sensitivity of the tool or is it really good ... ?? Please explain.
Most of us are not skilled tradesmen with lathes, and thread cutters. Nice video though. I curious why you did not start using sacred geometry of the Egyptian Cubit or multiples of it. That would make your rods much more powerful.
Thanks love your video on this. I think the way you made the rods with the swivel is really great but, when my friend Randy made them up he just took two coated welding rods and simply bent them and held them loosely enough I suppose that they worked for him and my wife. But I am going to make up a set from your design.....maybe that will work for me. Hope so. Will let you know. Thanks again.
Great. Like I said in the video my Brother in Law has more consistent results that I do. I think my issue is holding the rods too tight, when I loosen up it works better. Good luck!
If you're looking for groundwater table, call any well drilling company in your area. They all know how deep the water table is in each area. If you're looking for a water line, call 811. If it's a private line, guess and grab a shovel. That's all you're doing with the sticks anyway, but at least you won't look stupid.
Here is a video I did about it, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cD6uvoHcVYc.html read through the comments, there is a lot of good info in there.
The dowsing rods built in this video cannot gauge with precisely deciphering what is being dowsed. Read and study the book, The At of Dowsing - Separating Science from Superstition ($14.95), by Michael Fercik, for learning all of the physics involved in dowsing and how to build the modern light weight ball bearing dowsing rod, which is the only dowsing rod that accurately gauges what is being dowsed by pitting the energy of gravity against the energizing of the one-tenth ounce dowsing rod load that is attached on the elevated acetylene with being located five-inches from the hub's shaft. This precisely gauges the dowsing of all edges, exact center, depth buried with angle of deposition, and most important is grading of the dowsed element that is contained in the elemental mass that is being dowsed. Anybody can become a professional dowser by practicing the book's dowsing lesson of buried pipelines and electrical cables, tunnels and voids, precious metal placer and lode deposits, dowsing for treasure, dowsing for any element, amplified long distance dowsing from a moving vehicle, and dowsing on water from a boat.
Im sorry my friend bad video I thought you meant do it yourself but you got all those fancy tools and I don't have all those tools please make a new video with house hold tools you would have not those fancy machines you were using but I hope you make a new one thanks man
You can just use the copper wire bent and hold the ends loosely to allow and feel movement . you really dont need to do all this what he is making is a glorified dowser and it is real nice and all- you just dont need all that to accomplish the same results-
...It is the same to make up comments on the movements of the stick as you walk through and squeeze the stick in hand while looking at the sediment shapes remaining at the bottom of the coffee cup. The event has nothing to do with groundwater.
