I've been following so many chef bloggers all around the world. But sometimes we will not get English subtitles and this cheese making style is Turkish. I mean this cheese is called turkish cheese which they follow all the same recipe and add chopped dill, peper or walnuts or butter in that cheese recipe for different various making styles. But never got to know proportions of material because of Language barrier finally I got it from your channel. So thanks to you ❤️❤️😊👍

Looks like a keeper to me. Whey makes very good freezer pops. Add what flavoring goes with lemon. Mom used to use cider vinegar and the whey, to us kids, was good when chilled.
