Quick, easy and refreshing homemade Dahi Bhalla recipe. I used Besan (gram flour) to make this dahi baray. It's a must-have Ramadan recipe and ideal snack food.
Recipe:
Bhalla Mixture:
1 cup Gram Flour
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1-2 pinch of Salt
1/2 to 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Yogurt Mixture:
3/4 to 1/2 cup Water
Yogurt (As required, I used 1.5 cups)
Milk (As required, I used 1 cup)
2 tbsp Sugar (adjust accordingly)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Chat Masala or 1/4 tsp Black Salt
Chopped onions (optional)
