Hey Selina, I still haven’t tried a deep conditioner with banana but I love aloe Vera in my hair products. The coconut milk did give it a creamy look & I love olive & rosemary oils too. Sonias hair is beautiful & Aurora is so cute. Her hair did look very moistured in her braids. FW & have a great weekend
Your daughter has gorgeous healthy hair. You have done a good job in taking care of it. This is a good simple DIY... I did not hear how much Aloe vera you used and could you tell me if you used the coconut milk for another recipe. Also, it appears you suggest co-washing after rinsing out the deep conditioner. What about shampooing? I always get confused regarding whether to use the homemade deep conditioner, rinse and shampoo or shampoo, rinse, deep condition, rinse. Hope this is not too many questions.

And yes you can use the coconut milk in a deep condition form too. The right was is Shampoo, deep condition. But since this is a diy treatment and some people complain about having small partical left on their hair that is why i suggested to co wash after
Banana Aloe Vera juice Coconut milk Then blend... Add essential oils..watch for more info I will personally like to add honey,because low porosity hair loves that too. 😋

No not at all. High porosity and medium porosity person can also use it as a moisturizer. Those two types of hair dont have a problem with protein only low porosity hair does.

@@patb2582 My hair is low porosity and loves coconut oil as well as coconut milk. Olive oil does just fine on my hair. The key is to learn your hair it’s not a one size fits all

Yes correct. When the hair is clean your products can enter easily or if you don't use gel on your hair then you can apply it on semi dirty hair as well and then co wash after.
You are not rough with your daughter head or hair it's that she moves alot and not tense enough to not go with the flow of direction, my daughter use to do the same and everyone said I was being rough on her head.
