Easy, creamy, and delicious. A sweet delight for everyone to enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
1½ cups flour
⅛ cup sugar
¾ tbsp. vanilla sugar (10 g)
1⅛ tsp. baking powder (10 g)
1 stick butter (100 g)
1 egg yolk
⅛ cup cold water
Filling:
9 oz. farmer cheese (250 g)
4½ oz. quark creamy soft cheese (125 g)
4½ oz. cream cheese (125 g - replaceable with more quark creamy soft cheese)
1 cups sugar
2 eggs
1½ tbsp. cornstarch
Crumbs:
¾ cups flour
½ cup sugar
¼ cup ground walnuts
½ stick butter (50 g)
1 tbsp. water
INSTRUCTIONS
Dough:
1) Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
2) Roll out on parchment paper into a size of the biggest disposable aluminum pan.
Filling:
1) Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl.
2) Pour over the layer of the dough.
Crumbs:
1) Mix all ingredients together in a food processor until crumbly.
2) Top the cheesecake with the crumbs.
3) Bake (all the layers togither) at 340°F (170°C) for a half hour or until nice and dark.
