How ironic that you are using a computer to recreate a cryptographic device that was cracked by using what could be considered the first computer ever built. I like it!

13:20 If there are no electrical connections inside those rotor drums then you don't need a reflector wheel at all. The encryption is safer without it. If it is all on a cpu then all you need is a mode selector switch.

I believe the 4th rotor is to simulate the 4 rotor enigma used by German Navy rather than a reflector.

Approx. 20 minutes of less on a regular computer. so maybe 2 min on a super one?

It depends on the message and the method. Look at computerphiles videos to see

@@ryanthomas2374 for sure it takes longer to decrypt a message of 100 lines than a message of 3 lines. But how long does it take to decrypt one word, (yet again it depends on how many letters there are), Let's say a word of 5 letters.

@@stephjans6411 Actually, its the opposite. The shorter a message is, the longer it'll take to crack. This is becuase there is less information/pattern to detect.Thus, making it harder to crack. A longer sequence has more words that could be easily detected
