I actually would have decreased the sound a bit more. A small muffler or so could have been in the middle or just some packing material in the one that is currently empty. I think that could improve the sound quite good :) Now try to make some pedals and so for it xD I have never seen anybody do it.. putting pedals like on a normal car on a tractor like this.

Be careful backing up or you'll have a way different exhaust sound. Now you need to get a twin cylinder engine, preferably a B&S horizontally opposed. I like your work and your skills are terrific.

I think it will be a smoother ride, if you exchange those hard metal exhaust mounts for some rubber bushing once, simple hook and rubber in between. Would really help make less vibration overall.

I respect the time and effort put into this and i like the sound. But why didn't you try going higher up on the placement of the tips? It just seems super low to the ground to me, especially if you hit any holes or stuff while mowing.

you should try adding some lubricant on the tube bender the bottle jack one put it on the bender where the pipe goes.. should help get better bends

I've been wanting to make a muffler for our Snapper RER and weld, not sure what you'd call them, diverters or angles inside like a Flowmaster muffler to diverge the exhaust pulses into one another which cancels out a lot of the harsh exhaust notes.

I made a Mcculloch MT105 look like a full size tractor, by cutting a hole in the hood, and point the exhaust upwards. Adjusted the carburetor a little and put some diesel mixed gasoline in the tank. Mows 10 inch grass at idle and has a nice crackle to the sound (also backfires HARD)

Your execution was 100%, and great craftsmanship for eyeballing it! But you eliminated any sound-deadening muffler may have done, I guess the lower tone is less disturbing then! My only concern is the exhaust tubes are too close to the tires. I imagine the excess heat may shorten the life of the rear tires!

Personally i wouldve put the exhaust up under the tail of the tractor not under the rear end so you would have more clearance if you were to go over something

Nice, but a tractor nee a stove exhaust through the front hood, so..... Remove that thing and build a new one that fits the look better on a tractor.....😁
