I like how you put careful attention to details in the parts you make. I think a Dremel or rotary tool would give better control than an angle grinder.
great build! An easy, cheap, durable and good looking finish for small parts like this is superglue. A lot of pen makers use it. Very easy to do just watch out for the fumes. Plenty of instructional videos on yt
I have been loving this series! Do you live in the area that you show on those charts? I only ask because I recognized some of the locations in them and in the intro.
Wow.... this one just made me cringe a bit ;) Almost any surface finish only increases the contrast in the grain of wood - especially smoothly-sanded wood.
