That's one hot house right there. I'm thinking if you add an exhaust fan, you will decrease humidity. I do know once the plants grow and fill the house humidity levels will increase. For now try putting a bucket of water in each corner. You can use them for watering the plants and add fresh water to the buckets as needed.
