When you recess it into the back of the headphones like that you end up with a pressure differential that can cause a loss of high's and an overextension of bass, maybe some echo's, some flutter, etc. I would add a vent to the back, but yet again I have no idea how it sounds like, maybe the driver already had issues in key areas and it turned out wonderfully and you are just a (possibly unintentionally) professional audio engineer, something I am not, that has this under control and don't need keyboard warriors like me telling you how to do your thing. Great work btw, not hating on it just giving recommendations, want you to do well. Also if you ever feel like getting open backs you could cnc out a better-looking koss ksc75 and just put the drivers in there, they're good sounding drivers and are really easy to build for since they're open back.
Other way around, less bass and more highs, as the driver’s excursion is limited by the high pressure behind it and the lower the frequency, the more excursion is needed for the same SPL.
If i was you do not ever buy a phone from oppo or vivo. They are just immitating products from the leading brands and not even have a good quality on them.
Yes , everything is possible to make by hand , but it takes little bit longer. I've made sunglasses with cnc router and after that by hand. With these headphones is same.

cnc is a tool for creating any kinds of project. . . a tool used by a professional, so technically, jimkrum do make that because a machine doesnt have a will of its own to build a headphone :/
He is making them, he designed the cad file. For example when you are using a rasp to shape the wood is it the rasp that is making it and not the person holding the rasp? The cnc is just a tool that is really good at being used to create precise pieces.
