Homemade Hollowed Tofu
This is my trial on the making of long shaped hollowed tofu, and it turned out to be pretty simple and easy. The tricky part is picking up the right tofu with the right quality for the hollowed tofu.
You can luckily get a type of white tofu which can become hollow immediately when it’s deep fried. But if you’re unlucky, you can get white tofu that’s fried, it actually shrinks and gets dense and tight.
Well, here’s the ingredients, hopefully it’s useful.
Ingredients
* White tofu, as needed, to taste.
// I fried about 25 pieces of white tofu that had been cut into squares ready-to-fry.
* Enough oil for frying.
