I had tried Horlicks and millets drink. The difference is unbelievable. Millet drink gave me much energy, kept me full withoit heaviness , for hours Horlicks gave just energy for 30.mins as it has sugar high content
U can also add badam , walnuts, oats , flaxseeds too with jaggery powder. It's very healthy for growing children . I always prepared the same powder for my children.
@@priya-wr4gy Did you add it just like that to the hot milk? It won't dissolve. You need to pour in a little hot milk and make a paste out of it in the tumbler. Then pour in half the hot milk and stir well. Then add the rest of the milk and stir again. You also should not blend the nuts too much as it will release oil. Blend the nuts in pulse mode and let the nuts cool.
