You can use any frozen berry. I have even used frozen chocolate chips.

Do you HAVE to use whipping cream? I'm on weight watchers and want to make it as low point as possible. Whipping cream will be REALLY high in points because of the sugar, calorie and fat content in it. What about using half the amount of skim milk.

Is it the same if I use the other blender tool instead of the blades one?

The whip toll won’t cut the berries. The blades will chop the berries and help freeze the cream

Yes it can. I use it to shred cooked chicken breast or you can shred cooked pork or ground beef too. Check out the video for the BBQ Chicken in the Smart Steamer to see more.
