We’re back with another homemade recipe 🤎👩🍳 indulge in these crunchy jumbo jam tarts made from only 7 ingredients. 👩🍳👩🍳
500 g melted butter
2 large eggs
2 cups of sugar
7 cups cake flour
7 teaspoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Jam
In 2 bowls mix all dry and wet ingredients seperately, mix both in a well sized bowl and kneed until fully mixed.
Freeze half of the dough and use the rest in a cup cake pan.
I used a small cup to shape the dough into the pan.
Add fruit jam using a teaspoon cover using the grated frozen dough.
Place in a pre-heated oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
